Return Policy
Zelen Shoes is committed to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience possible. Therefore if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will be more then happy to take your shoes back and give you a full refund.
All we ask is that you send the item back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in.
We give our customers 30 days to return or exchange any products purchased from our website.
For Canadian orders we offer free shipping on the original shoe. However Zelen Shoes will not pay for shipping on any returned or exchanged item.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by a customer service representative either by emailing returns@zelenshoes.com or calling us at 604-669-3536, you can also call us toll free at 1-888-699-3536. At which point you will be given a RA#, once you have that send them back and we will take care of everything else.
