Order Process Time:
Orders are usually processed in 1 business day. Once one of our staff members pick out your shoes it will usually be shipped the next day.
Shipping Time:
Depending upon the destination the time for a package to arrive varies. If orders are placed within Canada it will usually take 4-5 business days. Orders in the USA usually experience an extra 1-2 business days because of local Customs Agencies. When available a tracking number will be provided to the customer and it should appear in the order status after the order has shipped.
Proof of Delivery:
All orders require a signature of the recipient upon arrival of the package.
Shipping Costs:
Shipments within Canada are 100% free! Shipments to the USA are charged a flat rate of $10 CAD, and shipments to Germany and United Kingdom UK are charged a flat rate of $50 CAD. For all other parts of the world please contact us at info@zelenshoes.com. Please note for shipments outside of Canada it is the customer's responsibility to look into any customs or duties of their country. Zelen Shoes is not liable for any additional taxes or duties that may apply.

We ship to pretty much everywhere in the world. Within Canada we ship to all the major cities as well as the rural areas. We ship to Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Quebec City, Halifax, Charlottetown, Whitehorse, Iqaluit, Yellowknife, St.John's, Fredericton, and any other city you can think of in Canada. We even ship to all cities and states in the USA which include New York, Texas, Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, and anywhere else in the United States that you can think of.
We could a massive list of all the cities in the world that we ship to but that would be too much reading! We will be more then happy to get you a pair of shoes to anywhere in the world!
