Return Policy

Zelen Shoes is committed to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience possible.  Therefore if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will be more then happy to take your shoes back and give you a full refund.

All we ask is that you send the item back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in.

We give our customers 60 days to return or exchange any products purchased from our website.

All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by a customer service representative either by emailing returns@zelenshoes.com or calling us at 1-888-699-3536. At which point you will be given a RA#, once you have that send them back and we will take care of everything else.
