Here at Zelen Shoes we offer FREE expedited shipping on all domestic orders (within Canada!) placed on our website, with no minimum order or hidden secrets.

FREE SHIPPING & FREE EXCHANGES:
We are committed to keeping all our customers happy, so if you purchase something from our site and you want to exchange the item(s) for a different size or style we will pay for the shipping BOTH WAYS (within Canada only).

If you wish to do an exchange all you have to do is email us at info@zelenshoes.com with your order #, item you want to send back, and item you want in return.  From there one of our customer service members will email you back a barcode label for you to print off to stick on the box you are sending back.  Then all you have to do is drop it off at any Canada Post location and we will process the exchange

Are you wondering about how much that will cost?  It's all FREE!  The barcode we generate will ensure that we pick up the bill at the end of the day.

It usually takes about 4-6 business days for us to receive your package then 1 business day to process and another 4-6 business days to get it back to you!  Depending on your location the delivery time may vary.

Shipping Time:
Just because we offer free shipping doesn’t mean it’s not fast. When an order is placed it is usually shipped out the same day and takes about 4-5 business days to get to your front door! When available a tracking number will be provided to the customer and it should appear in the order status after the order has shipped.  

Available Shipping Carriers:
All domestic shipments are shipped via Canada Post unless the customer requests another carrier.
