Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with the look, fit, and feel of their new shoes. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept items for a return within 30 days of the original delivery date.

RETURNS — Not your style?

  1. Email returns@zelenshoes.com with your refund request. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping address within 2-3 business days.
  3. Ship the item using Canada Post, FedEx, or any other insured shipping company. Return Authorization Number should be clearly written on outside of package. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return items.
  4. Once we receive your item, it will take 3-4 business days to process your return.
  5. Allow 3 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refunded amount.

EXCHANGES — Need a different size?

  1. Order new size or style online. It will be sent to you immediately.
  2. Follow the RETURNS instructions above for a refund of your original purchase.

THE FINE PRINT

  • Return and exchange items must be in the original box with tags attached
  • Return and exchange items must not show any sign of damage or wear
  • No returns for items purchased in-store
  • Items purchased online may not be returned in-store
  • Clearance & Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sorry there are no exceptions.
